There are 3 rooms available, with 3 options for guests.

The Red Deluxe Double Room with en suite.

The Yellow Single/Double/Twin/Triple room with private bathroom directly outside and for your sole use.

The Green and Yellow Family Rooms, double and single bed in each room and private shared bathroom.

All rooms have tv with radio, tea and coffee making facilities, fast and free WiFi and central heating. Very comfy beds with crisp clean sheets in quiet surroundings make for a great nights sleep. High powered hot showers for a super start to the day  Cot can be provided for all rooms and high chair is available in the lounge, toys upon request too for little ones staying at Tinnycross.  All rooms are serviced daily and there is a hair dryer in each room and an iron for guests use on the landing. Family rooms for long stays and lodging rates are also available on request. Discount for long term guests and also for bookings of the Green & Yellow Rooms together, contact Laura for your stay at Tinnycross House B&B. (Please note the check in times are from 2pm to 6pm. Strictly no check in allowed after 7pm.) Breakfast is available from 5am or a packed lunch for travelers leaving early is optional. Checkout times from 5am to 11am. Thank you.
